Vodaphone recently sponsored a survey that showed of the working force in the UK 11% are currently self employed, as apposed to just 5% ten years ago. As a result they were able to forecast that because of the increase of technology we can expect the rate to grow to 47% by the year 2012
Net Marketing Direct was formed as a company to assist the small business community in particular to maintain a web presence that not only was fruitful, but ambitious. After researching the web hosting market, it is apparent that once you set up your web site then you are on your own somewhat to trade as it were in your own environment.
By and large Hosting company's do not assist their clients other than to offer help on their particular product. As a result, these small business's, though proud of there web sites, were not having a healthy web presence. True, a few of the hosting companies offered a web building package for which they charged extra for, but once you had your web site uploaded on the internet then nothing was offered to further that cause. The result was either sink or swim and often loosing their way, in the mire of internet protocol.
